Small-scale visionaries are everyday people with a keen curiosity and motivation that helps them recognize authentic needs and novel opportunities in the world and community around them. But, for a variety of reasons, these visions and visionaries aren't typically visible or eligible for typical institional support and resources.

We provide a robust, responsive system combining funding, mentoring, relationships, infrastructure and awareness—all at the right scale and in the right moment— so that they can move freely and organically to develop a sustainable enterprise through their own unique experience, one step at a time.

As the visionary develops their ideas and enterprise, we offer an integrated entrepreneurial program and resources to schools, local orgs and other promising people in the community around them—seeding the inspiration and scaffolding the process for the next generation of visionaries to emerge and grow around their example and work.
